Our School

Silchester Manor School and Nursery is an independent co-educational school in Taplow, near Maidenhead. Housed in a large Victorian property in attractive grounds, it teaches a broad and balanced curriculum to over 145 boys and girls aged from 3 months to 11 years. It is registered to provide extended day care for children, operating from 7:45am to 6:00pm for 51 weeks of the year.

The school has large grass play areas, two tennis courts, a netball court and shares the swimming pool at Langley Manor School nearby.  All children have access to computers and the internet learning through the use of our dedicated ICT suite.

We have our own kitchen and chef who prepares fresh meals daily for the children and we cater for all dietary requirements.
